Separate purchases of straps will incur a delivery fee. Add them to your watch order to avoid the additional cost.
Express delivery is also available at an additional cost based upon your country and can be found at checkout.

All purchases from Adrien Harper can be returned within 7-days of receiving the order. All items returned must be unworn and in their original packaging, containing all accessories of the packaging.
In case the product is received broken or damaged, please contact us immediately or within 7-days and we will proceed with an exchange/refund.
Please note, if you wish to return an order, the shipping cost is your responsibility. We recommend using a secured shipment method, as the return shipment is at your risk. We will inspect the product carefully and if it is a manufacturing default, we will proceed with your choice of exchange/refund and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed immediately.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
To return your product, email us at email@example.com within 7-days of receiving your order.
When your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that we have received your returned item/s and provide a status of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card that was the original card of payment, within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You can exchange your product within the first 7-days of receiving your order should you change your mind for another item that is in stock. We also replace items if they are defective or damaged.
